ABOUT THE ROLE:
McGill Law’s Associate Attorney will focus on family law litigation, probate and estate planning. You will be responsible for outstanding customer service, excellent work, and bringing good vibes.
We have built our client base just by our sheer gifts, grace, and grit. We expect you to do the same. You should be willing to make new connections and grow your referral network. You should enjoy fostering client relationships from initial intake through retention, ensuring consistently positive experiences at every stage of the case.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
· An active status with the Nebraska State Bar.
· Proficiency with Nebraska standards for family law, estate planning, and probate.
· Great interpersonal and networking skills.
· Desire to be part of all-star team who prioritizes doing the right thing and having compassion for our clients.
